
Richard W. Ramsay, CPA, PFS

Rich has been working in a financial advisory capacity since 1992, and founded Ramsay & Associates Certified Public Accountants in 1976. He is a Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Public Accountant.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in accounting and marketing. He began his career in accounting department with 3M Company. After three years with 3M, interrupted with one year of active duty in the Army (followed with 5 years reserve duty), he joined a regional accounting firm in the Twin Cities for two years. After this, he began accepting clients and formally organized the firm in 1976.
Rich is an Eagle Scout and was Scout Master for 6 years, has been on the Board of Directors of the YMCA in White Bear Lake and held positions there as treasurer, president, and major fund raising campaign chairman; received the Distinguished Leader Award from the YMCA; White Bear Lake Winterfest treasurer and fund raising chairman; on the Board of Directors of the White Bear Lake Chamber of Commerce and as treasurer, is currently a member of the Rotary club of White Bear Lake where he has been on the board and served as treasurer, international service director, youth exchange officer, president, foundation director, and invocation contributor. He is also active in his church and a member of the MN Society of CPAs and the American Society of CPA’s.
He is married to Mary and has three sons and four grandchildren. His hobbies include skiing, hiking, kayaking, gardening, biking, travel, and Koi.

Jenni Corbett

Jenni joined the team in 2014, right in the middle of a busy tax season… and stayed. With almost 20 years’ experience lending business management skills and resourcefulness to small companies with inspiring entrepreneurs, she enjoys the challenge of working behind the scenes to help make big ideas a reality. Jenni uses those same skills throughout the Mahtomedi community as an avid volunteer for the city, her church and schools, the local historical society and other special interest organizations. Whether helping a neighbor or assisting a client, Jenni finds great reward in lending a hand.
Cheryl Fields

Cheryl recently moved back to the area after living in Omaha for the past five years. Cheryl comes to the firm with 20+ years of administrative experience consisting of areas in real estate, law and government firms.
She enjoys spending time with her daughter and volunteering with the children’s ministry at her church. She has also headed up several volunteer committees including Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Keep Omaha Beautiful and the Back to School backpack programs. She enjoys giving back and helping others get involved in community service.
She was heavily involved in the Phipps Center for the Arts performances and served on the Childrens’ Theater Council for several years. She could also be seen in the shop painting sets with the Technical Director.
She has two dogs and a cat and enjoys spending time outdoors.
